Our production stages are as follows;
After our professional pattern and designer teams create our models, our product models are carefully drawn on the Shima Seiki pattern computer together with the professional teams. After the drawings are finished, it comes out as a model sample in our 14GG machines, the product parts are washed or dried in our factory, sewn and ironed by our team and checked by our design team, and then the quantities, colors and sizes are determined for production and production begins.

The desired quantity, size and color can be produced on Shima Seiki 14GG machines and Shima Seiki 7GG machines.
Washing or drying is done according to the yarn type of the product.
Our garments are also carefully sewn according to the product pattern, sleeve and collar model.
The sewing is finished by labeling according to your own brand according to the product size.
Our finished products are carefully ironed on professional self-heating large ironing plates, all details are examined by our quality control team, and we deliver them to your company with the most care and packaging, together with the bag, brand label, size group information you have determined perfectly, and if you want, with pelur paper between the products.
If you wish, you can create an order from the products designed by us, or you can have the models you have created in-house produced in our factory.
