Our production stages are as follows;
After our professional pattern maker and designer teams create our models, our product models are carefully drawn on the Shima Seiki pattern computer together with professional teams. After the drawings are completed, they are produced as model samples on our 14GG machines, the resulting product parts are washed or dried in our factory, sewn and ironed by our team, checked by our pattern designer team, and then the quantities, colors and sizes for production are determined and production begins.
Respectively;
Desired quantity, size and color are produced on Shima Seiki 14GG machines.
The product is washed or dried depending on the type of yarn.
Our garments are sewn carefully according to the product pattern, sleeve and collar model.
Sewing is completed by labeling the product according to its size and your own brand.
Our finished products are carefully ironed on professional self-boilered large ironing plates, all the details are examined by our quality control team, then they are packaged perfectly with the bag, brand label, size group information and, if you wish, tissue paper between the products, and delivered to your company in the most careful way.
If you wish, you can order products designed by us or have the models you have created in-house produced in our factory.
You can choose all the models we have and ask us to produce them for you. You can share your ideas with us in any color, stone arrangement, digital printing or embroidery pattern you want and create the model with our team.
Our factory produces knitwear, combed cotton, stone setting, digital printing, washing drying, embroidery and accessories. Our production is carried out entirely in our integrated facility in Istanbul, Türkiye. Our collections are prepared with great finesse and care by our own professional teams.
