The fabric that passes quality control is subjected to washing and ironing tests. When all checks are completed; The mold of the product/model to be made is prepared by the modelist and all approvals are obtained from the customer before cutting.
The fabric that is being cut is cut according to the pattern and size with all skill and then sewing is started.
After the completed shirts are buttoned, buttoned, DMC, Swarovski, embroidery and digital printing of your choice, they are delivered to quality control / sorting to clean the excess threads formed on the product during sewing, and the completely cleaned products are transferred to the ironing unit.
Shirts ironed using an open iron are also inspected again, become perfect and now move on to the packaging stage to be delivered to your company.
Now your shirts, which are slowly being prepared for delivery, are ready to be delivered to you with the label, shirt hanger and shirt bag suitable for your brand.
