Knitwear Wholesale We use 7 gg and 14 gg full fashion machines in the Knitwear Manufacturing stage in women's clothing. Thanks to our wide machine park, we can easily produce knitwear. The yarns we currently use are rayon, Angola viscose elite, olympos gospar, pollen, beard yarn. We do not use regenerated yarn. There are knits that we have difficulty in making, but we, as REEL TEKSTİL, can easily overcome these difficulties and produce knitwear in any model without any difficulty, since our staff, masters, patternmakers and shift chiefs working in the workshop are at a very sufficient level and thanks to our wide machine park.

Do Machines Lighten Your Workload?

Machines lighten our workload. Without machines, there is nothing we can do. In the knitting workshop, the process proceeds through machines. Since our machines are the latest technology, there is no problem.

What are the issues that you have trouble with as a knitting workshop?

At the moment, I am having trouble with the staff we have, since there are no new recruits as a knitting workshop. The immature employees were too many now, more new employees were being trained in the past. In general, there is a shortage of personnel in every sector, but the biggest problem we experience as a knitting workshop is the lack of new personnel.

Since the yarn types we use are of high quality, we can relax our knitting more. Our touches (related to the hunger or toughness of the fabric) are in good condition. Yarns can also relax knitting.

What is the Difference Between Knitting Machine and Thick Machine?

We use 7 gg and 14 gg machines in our company. In 7 gg machines, there are 7 needles at 1 inch distance in the needle bed, so it is called 7 gauge and is known as a thick machine. In 14 gg machines, there are 14 needles at 1 inch distance in the needle bed, so it is called 14 gauge and known as a thin machine. As the number of the machine gets smaller, the machine gets thicker, and as the number of the machine gets bigger, the machine gets thinner. Different knits are made in 7 gg and 14 gg machines in our company. While the loops of the knits made on the 7gg machine on the thick machine can get a more pronounced and fluffy appearance in superficial and dimensional works, the appearance of the loops in the knitting on the 14 gg thin machine is smaller, so the loops are not so obvious. We are able to create more elegant combed cotton-style thin, flexible knits with the knits we make on the 14 gg machine.
