For this reason, we often prefer it in our winter products.
Wool Yarn: As Reel Tekstil, we prefer 50% wool 50% acrylic threads for wool threads.
Wool yarns are produced by washing the products produced.
This Raw Material has properties such as thinness, length, elasticity and fold.

Stone Arrangement And Design
Let's come to the stone design.
In accordance with current fashion trends, drawings and visuals are processed in accordance with the taste of our customers.
According to each size and color, the stone design is drawn and molded more than once.
We prepare our patterns from the Coreldraw program.
We use Swarovski and DMC stones.
Using drawings, images and motifs, we make unique designs through the computer system.
The digital design program applied by the designs is Goreldraw.
A virtual model is placed on top of it so that critiques can be taken easily.
For mass production and manufacturing, each stone is arranged in separate molds with different texture, color and size.
Depth and diameter dimensions of the molds are adjusted in the Artcam program.
After the adjustments are made, holes are made with rounds according to the size of the stones in the CNC ROUTER cutting, engraving machine.
For sparse stones and not too close, patterns are cut in the GOLDEN LASER molding machine.
GRAPHTER Platter cutting machine is preferred for foil and plexiglass.
In knitwear stone processing, press is applied at 150 degrees and for 15 seconds.

Controls are made and model sheets are created by the design teams, and the sheets are delivered to our ironing package control team.
A number of processes are carried out and the completely sewn products are checked and ironed as the first step.
We use 6 laser size steam irons and hand irons.
In order to keep the quality high, we go over the steam ironed product later in the hand iron.
Our steam irons have a laser size.
Finally, the ironed products are sent to the package table.
Quality control

We make frequent checks, sort our products in the fastest way and make rescues.
